1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to the official website and online store of GETSENYU (the "Site"). The Site is independently operated by Bengbu Langyan Trading Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user," "you," or "your") and us. By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or otherwise using the Site (including purchasing products or using services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the provisions of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. User Eligibility & Account

1. Eligibility: You represent and warrant that you are of legal age (at least 18 years old) in your jurisdiction of residence and possess the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Information: The information you provide during registration (e.g., name, address, contact details) must be accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all actions taken under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. Product Information, Ordering & Contract Formation

1. Product Display: We strive to ensure that product images, descriptions, specifications, and prices on the Site are accurate. However, due to photography lighting, screen displays, and the handmade nature of some items, the actual product may have slight color or texture variations from the images. Please refer to the written description as the primary reference. Product inventory is subject to change, and sold-out items will be removed promptly.

2. Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). The displayed price is for the product only and does not necessarily include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes/duties. All fees will be clearly itemized at checkout.

3. Orders & Contract Formation: Submitting an order and selecting a payment method constitutes your offer to purchase. The contract for purchase between you and us is formed only when we send you an "Order Confirmation" email or message. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or system issues and will notify you promptly.

4. Payment & Invoices

1. Payment Methods: We offer secure third-party payment options such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, and major credit cards. Your payment is processed by these third-party gateways; we do not store your complete card details.

2. Invoices: We can issue electronic or paper ordinary invoices in accordance with applicable tax regulations. Please provide accurate billing information during checkout. The invoice content will be listed as "Tableware" or the specific product name, and the amount will reflect the actual payment received.

5. Shipping, Inspection & Transfer of Risk

1. Shipping: We ship products via reliable logistics partners. Domestic and international shipping times and costs vary and will be displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation.

2. Key Obligation – Inspection Upon Delivery: You or the designated recipient must inspect the package contents upon delivery. Verify that the quantity and items match your order and check for visible damage caused by transportation (e.g., breakage, cracks). If any issues are found, you must take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the entire package, and contact our Customer Service within 24 hours.

3. Transfer of Risk: Your acceptance of the delivery signifies your confirmation of the product's external condition and quantity. The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon your (or your agent's) receipt of the products. For concealed defects discovered after acceptance, please refer to the "After-Sales Service" section below.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Return for Change of Mind (Where Applicable):

   • For products eligible for returns, you may request a return within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the products are in their original, unused, unwashed condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

   • Important Exception: As tableware involves personal hygiene and direct contact with food, for health and safety reasons, any GETSENYU product that has been unpacked, used, washed, or is not in resalable condition is NOT eligible for return due to change of mind. You must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item.

2. Return/Exchange for Defects:

   • If a product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., glaze cracking under normal use) not caused by misuse, please contact Customer Service within fifteen (15) days of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.

   • Upon our confirmation of a valid defect, we will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.

3. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

7. Usage Notes & Limitation of Liability

1. Product Characteristics: GETSENYU products are often made from ceramic, glass, or special materials. Minor handmade variations (e.g., glaze flow, tiny bubbles) may occur. Please carefully read the 【Care & Use Instructions】 on each product page to confirm suitability for microwave, oven, dishwasher, or sterilizer use.

2. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from failure to follow product use instructions (e.g., heating a product not designed for direct flame).

3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our maximum aggregate liability for any single order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

8. Intellectual Property
The "GETSENYU" brand name, logo, Site design, product designs, images, text, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Bengbu Langyan Trading Co., Ltd. or its licensors. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the local court for litigation.
